Who we are

Weald (“we”, “us”) provides Reddit buyer-intent monitoring and reply-draft software for B2B teams. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use weald.app and related services.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers via Supabase Auth.
• Product configuration: ICP fields, brand profile, voice samples, campaigns, subreddit targets, and threads you save in your workspace.
• Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers (payment instruments are handled by Stripe).
• Public Reddit content retrieved when you run scans, processed to score intent and generate drafts.

How we use data

We use your data to operate the product (queues, drafts, billing), improve reliability, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data. AI providers process thread text and your voice samples solely to generate scores and drafts you request.

Retention & security

Workspace data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security per account. You may delete your account by emailing gm@weald.app. Billing records may be retained as required for tax and fraud prevention.
