What Mention listening covers
The public pricing page still describes a Company listening plan: Reddit plus Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, news, blogs, forums, and review sites. The feature list includes sentiment, competitor benchmarking, share of voice, Boolean search, and team access. Historical data and the API were add-ons on the older Company plan. There is no self-serve price on that page now.
Mention has retired Publish and Respond inside its own app and points publishing and replying to Agorapulse. Agorapulse Listening, which they describe as the successor, adds up to 24 months of history, AI screening of off-topic results, share of voice, and exports. It covers Reddit among many other sources. Purchases are handled by their sales team.
